Please note: Alumni scholarships are for tuition only. Students receiving full tuition benefits from tuition remission, trustee scholarships, athletic scholarships or other sources are not eligible for an alumni scholarship award. Alumni scholarships are for continuing undergraduate students only. Applicants must have completed at least one semester at USC and must be enrolled full time (12 credits or more) to be eligible for a scholarship. |
The 2015-16 Alumni Scholarship deadline is February 1, 2015. If you have already submitted an application please note the timeline below. If your application is selected you may be contacted for an interview by the awarding organization. We encourage you to be patient during the application review period.
IMPORTANT ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP AWARD DATES TO REMEMBER
February 1, 2015: Alumni scholarship application due
February – March 2015: Alumni organizations review applications
February – April 2015: Interviews with selected candidates who are current students
April 18, 2015: Alumni organization submit scholarship candidates
June 2015: Scholarship recipients notified

ALUMNAE SCHOLARSHIPS
These scholarships are awarded annually to continuing undergraduate students by USC alumnae groups throughout Southern California. Each group has specific criteria for eligibility based on leadership experience, home region and/or class year. Please review the scholarship application carefully for eligibility requirements by clicking on the description of the awarding organization on the online application. Recipients must reapply each year.
ALUMNI CLUB SCHOLARSHIPS
These scholarships are awarded annually by USC alumni clubs around the country to continuing undergraduate students only. Alumni club scholarships are merit-based and range from $1,000-$4,000. Recipients must reapply each year.
Applicants do not have to be related to a USC alumnus, but should hold a permanent address in the region of the awarding alumni club
SCIONS SCHOLARSHIPS
SCions Scholarships are awarded annually by the USC Alumni Association to continuing undergraduate students only. Applicant must be the son, daughter, grandchild, great-grandchild or sibling of a USC alumnus/alumna. Current SCions scholarship recipients do not need to reapply each year as long as they maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Please note that awards are competitive. Last year, approximately 20% of SCions Scholarship applicants received awards ranging from $3,000 to $8,000.
